The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Consultations and Estimates
    In order to best clean your area(s), consultations are best offered on location. We also offer over the phone and written estimates consultations. These will be pending estimates. Because of intensity of the job/work, other charges may incur after job is complete. In order to give an accurate residential or commercial cleaning estimate, we will need to know what type of service and area we will be cleaning. For any other estimates you will need to call us.
  • Reschedules and Cancellations
    We require 24 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $50.00 charge for a no notice cancellation and lockouts. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please call us by 7:30 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu or any kind of virus. Remember you are home because you are contagious! Thank you.
  • Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
    No. Cleaning Masters, LLC. will provide our own cleaning supplies. If you need special products used in your home for any reason, however, you are welcome to provide that, alongside directions on proper usage.

Payments Accepted

Invoices will be sent for payment. Below are the payment options that we accept. A timeframe will be given for payments to be completed. Late fees, cancellation fees, etc. will be applied accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please give us a call within 24 hours if you're unable to keep your cleaning appointment or consultation. Failing to cancel within the suggested timeframe, will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any the standard of service provided by the operative, Cleaning Masters, LLC will review the problem areas and come to a satisfactory conclusion that is suitable for the client and schedule any additional services at a time that is amenable to the operative.
